We strive to provide a legal service which meets with our clients’ expectations. Feedback from our clients allows us to monitor our progress and make improvements in the firm generally. We therefore ask all our clients to complete an assessment form at the conclusion of their claims. Here are some of the comments made by former clients. The Data Protection Act 1988 prevents us from disclosure of the individual clients’ names, however the comments themselves are unaltered.
