We recognise that it is important to keep up with developments in the communication arena, so we have implemented a state of the art system which we use to electronically manage your claim. One of the main features is that the system is enabled to send a text message to clients at key stages of the claims so that delays are kept to a minimum. This will inevitably promote a speedy conclusion to all matters.
However we won’t bamboozle you with jargon because we are not virtual solicitors – you can talk to your solicitor on the phone or in person – the choice is yours. That’s because we appreciate that all the technology in the world cannot replace a real person.

Mackenzie Hope and Co is run by Mumtaz Hussain, a Solicitor with over 15 years experience. She was a senior management Solicitor in one of the UK’s largest legal conglomerates before setting up her own practise. Mumtaz is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers under membership number 12065.
